Comic Covers - Recent

Here are some recent covers for various indie comic projects :) See more cover work in my comic portfolio.

As 2017 comes to an end, I'm reflecting on the year, what I've accomplished, and the awesome stuff I have planned for 2018. Big things coming! For now, here's some recent commissions I've done. All 11x17, ink on Bristol illustration board.

Batman Day 2017

Those of you who know me know I'm a big Batman fan. A huge goal of mine is to work on a Batman comic and even write AND draw my own (like Frank Miller). So I'm always drawing Batman. This year for Batman Day I wanted to go a little above and beyond and pretend I had a cover assignment for Batman. I put a lot of care into the composition and framing as well as in every little detail. Someday you'll see my work on Batman. For now, enjoy this.

You can buy this original artwork as well as a high quality 11x17 print from my Shop.

Comic - Deadbeat

New comic announcement! Between issues of Prometheus, I made a comic with writer Jed McPherson called Deadbeat. It's a one-shot crime story and we put a lot of love into it as always. It will be available for sale here on my website and from me in person. For now, you can read a few pages for free here. I hope you dig it!

Illustration - The Thing: Artbook

I was honored to be apart of the official 35th anniversary artbook celebrating John Carpenter's The Thing. I'm a big fan of Carpenter as well as that film in particular. This is my first time doing something official for a big IP, so I hope I did it justice. You can buy The Thing: Artbook here.

Prometheus - Kickstarter

VERY EXCITED to announce the Kickstarter for Prometheus issue #1. I've been working very hard on this series for more than a year and you finally get to hold it in your hands. The details about the story, written by Ryan Little, are on the kickstarter page. Thank you for your support!

Sketch - Alien

First xenomorph drawing. Excited for Alien: Covenant!

Sketch Dump

Random sketches/studies done between work.
